Tanjong Sauce is a brand owned by Malaya Essence Sdn. Bhd., based in Penang, Malaysia. We produce and sell premium nutmeg hot sauce crafted in small batches.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use this website and make purchases.

3. Products & Orders

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our sauce, slight variations in appearance or heat level may occur.

Pricing: All prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise stated.
Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and selected international shipping. Shipping times and rates will be presented during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our product, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@tanjongsauce.com with photos and order details. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
