1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
We prepare our sauces in small batches to ensure freshness — please allow extra time during peak periods or restocks.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer both domestic and selected international shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
3. Local Pickup / Self-Collection
Currently, we do not offer local pickup. All orders will be shipped via our courier partners.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Providers
We partner with reliable courier services such as PosLaju, DHL, J&T Express, and other reputable carriers for local and international delivery.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@tanjongsauce.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to assist or replace the item where appropriate.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you may be charged additional shipping to resend.
